About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to directly support Orchard's sales and operations teams. You will be responsible for handling all in-bound communications, responding diligently to current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, time management, organization, and administrative skills.

This is a full-time role that will be based out of our growing Austin Office.

What You'll Do here: 

  • Support all cross functional teams
  • Scheduling appointments through G-suite with internal employees and vendors
  • Promptly reply to inbound emails and chats
  • Be the first point of contact for our listed properties
  • Effectively triage prospects to our sales teams

We’d Love to Hear From You if you have:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Logical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Product and Industry knowledge is a plus!
