What you’ll do:

KW MAPS Coaching offers training and coaching for real estate professionals and business leaders committed to transforming their lives and businesses. As our Customer Service Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer services to our KW MAPS coaches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all coach inquiries and questions received via phone and email.
  • Process, track and resolve all coach requests in database.
  • Proactively call coaches to determine satisfaction and maintain accurate feedback.
  • Participate in coach events, including responding to event inquiry emails, processing event registrations and assisting on-site during events.
  • Coordinate coach communication, including newsletters, emails and social media.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Additionally, this role will require a small amount of lifting and carrying.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand.

Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
