Customer Success Onboarding and Adoption Program Manager - RE NXT
Do you want to help good take over by driving customer success and product adoption?
Blackbaud is currently seeking an Adoption Program Manager to drive product adoption for RE NXT to lead customer adoption strategy and 1:Many programs.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams in product management, product marketing, services and support to develop programs to drive customer adoption of RE NXT by creating webinars and other outreach to help customers adopt critical features in their solution.
This is an incredible opportunity to demonstrate strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and have a direct impact helping customer achieve their fundraising business outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and has had proven success in segmenting audiences, driving attendance to digital programs, and reporting out results.
You will:·
- Deliver a strategic adoption program, including communications and community engagement
- Own key adoption metrics that ultimately drive toward customer renewal
- Write engaging email copy, build and design webinar power point decks, segment customer messaging, and build and launch programs via Gainsight
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of best results for customers
- Deliver webinar content for 1: many audiences in order to drive adoption and fundraising best practices
- Tracking program and customer success metrics and reporting to leadership
Qualifications:·
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Program or Project Management experience or demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop creative solutions, create detailed plans, and execute them successfully
- OLX experience required
- Gainsight and Salesforce experience a plus
- BA required
