Department Administrator
SailPoint is currently looking for a Department Administrator to support the Contracts Department. This position requires a self-motivated, organized, and highly energetic individual to help build and administer department practices and policies. A Department Administrator is a new role at SailPoint and as such, this individual will helps develop this new role and build a value-added position to help SailPoint continue its fast-growing and innovative path to corporate success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating/allocating general support requests from the Contracts team
- Organizing and establishing a practice for incoming and outgoing Contract support requests received from customer or other SailPoint departments
- Liaising with SailPoint’s sales, finance, and various services organizations
- Supporting the build-out of a new Contracts Database tool
- Processing signed contracts, including:
- Issuing Delivery Notices for Software and Cloud services orders
- Filing of signed agreements
- Updating Salesforce “contracts closing” records
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail, methodical, organized and process driven
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to deal with all levels of management and to facilitate co-ordination of cross-functional teams
- Ability to work well with others and without supervision
Preferred:
- 5+ years working in a business environment
- College education is a plus but is not limited to any one discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce (training offered)
