Director, Partner Enablement
Q2 is seeking a Director, Partner Enablement to join our Service Delivery (Professional Services) Team. This self-motivated individual will work cross functionally to ensure our System Integrator Partners are well equipped to design, implement, and ensure the long-term success of Q2 solutions across our growing Global customer base. This is a hands-on role with significant opportunity to build and expand your team as you successfully design and scale the Q2 Partner Enablement Program. This role will initially have a strong focus on Q2’s solutions for Lending, Leasing, and Commercial Banking which are built on the Salesforce Platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design scalable certification programs tailored to Q2 System Integrator Partners and their needs
Work with Q2 Product, Sales, and Training teams to implement Q2 System Integrator training curriculums
Manage Q2 System Integrator training certifications and curriculum feedback
Work with Q2 Sales to match new opportunities with the most qualified Q2 Partner
Monitor sales and referral activities and ensure timely, high-quality Partner contributions
Assess and manage the amount of Q2 support necessary for each partner/project to be successful
Design Partner Delivery Scorecard and track project delivery results
Work with Regional Q2 Delivery Teams and Partners to maximize successful project delivery
Design and Manage ongoing Partner Communication channels and Content
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWEDGE:
Minimum of 10 Years Related Professional Experience
Experience with Global System Integrator Partner Enablement
Experience co-selling Partner Solutions w/ SaaS Sales Teams
Experience building Partner Programs within SaaS Companies
Experience in Learning & Development and/or Partner Enablement Related Position
Experience leading cross functional teams
Strong Technical Aptitude
Strong Familiarity with Salesforce & the Salesforce Developer Ecosystem
Strong Project Management Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
