WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Open and distribute mail for the Licensing & Enrollment departments
  • Process outgoing mail 
  • Maintain physician files & reports to support Licensing & Enrollment needs
  • Continuously update tracker to communicate application status and expected completion
  • Assist Licensing team with license, employment, & privileging verifications.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for productivity, performance, and provider satisfaction
  • Assist with managing physician CME’s (Continuing Medical Education) - communicating with physicians and ensuring they are meeting each state CME requirement
  • Other enrollment and licensing activities as assigned by the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or healthcare preferred
  • E-notary preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, keen attention to detail and follow-up skills 
  • Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, & Adobe Acrobat
  • Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities, as needed
