EMEA Sales Enablement Manager - Location Flexible
Role Description
We are looking for a skilled, innovative program manager to run EMEA Revenue Enablement programs for Dropbox. As a key partner to Sales & Marketing Leadership, you will deliver the sales enablement for all EMEA customer & partner facing sellers. Working as part of the Global Revenue Enablement team, you will define goals, success factors, and key metrics for the programs and deliver against them. You are a team player, but also capable of running programs solo. You need to sweat the details, love to execute in a rapidly changing environment, be results-oriented, and be passionate about helping the teams you work with exceed their targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with a broad range of cross functional partners to design, deliver and innovate on an excellent onboarding experience for all new sales hires
- Own and maintain content for several programs rolled out during the FY
- Partner closely with APJ and EMEA Revenue Enablement Lead to define, deliver & measure key programs for the sales organization
- Lead & support select Revenue Enablement initiatives (including, but not limited to, product launches, sales certifications, GTM changes)
- Contribute to development of content for annual Sales Kick Off
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales/Revenue enablement & program management
- Executive/Leadership Coaching experience
- Excellent coordination & organisational abilities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Understand the larger context within which a program exists, but be 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, get in the weeds, & do what is needed to make that program successful
- Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results
- Hands-on content creation experience required, some experience with sales curricula development preferred
- Ability to command a room (in person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling manner
- Executive presence, & proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership
- Understanding of structure & requirements of multi product outbound sales & channel organizations
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuse LMS, outreach, Dropbox, Menti, Kahoot & Gong
