What You'll Do:
As the Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide substantial administrative support to the SVP of Sales and CRO. The role will include coordinating their schedules and respective activities. The EA role is designed to support these individuals and to optimize the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Leadership team.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Provide administrative and operational support to plan travel, coordinate meetings, manage expense reporting, etc.
- Proactively manage their calendars to schedule meetings, ensure they remain on schedule, send reminders, and be point of contact for staff on availability, etc.
- Coordinate offsite meetings and retreats including meeting logistics and executive travel.
- Coordinate meeting preparation by ensuring staff prefaces any leadership meetings with briefings/agendas.
- Coordinate regular weekly meetings and execute follow-up as needed. Work closely with internal IT and Team Ops to ensure that all the proper components are in place (remote office attendance, A/V needs, etc.).
- Prioritize and manage communication between Sales leadership and functional teams, representing their objectives and communicating them effectively and clearly.
- Coordinate and manage travel and schedules for all special guests including customers, speakers, and recruiting candidates.
- Manage their expense reports.
- Coordinate and execute President's Club annual trip.
- Coordinate interview schedule with recruiter(s) for any current senior leadership hires.
- Represent as directed in dealing with external parties.
- Contribute to the LM corporate calendar as needed to support assigned projects.
- Experience supporting executive or management staff or experience in an a fast-paced administrative role
- Strong in MS Word, Excel, KeyNote
- Report writing experience
- Knowledge of business fundamentals (corporate finance, operations, marketing, sales, etc.)
- Experience working in high-trust environment
- Engaged in SaaS industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in scheduling administrative tasks and multi-tasking
- Start-up experience and supporting sales leadership executives is a plus
