As a Fleet Launch Specialist on the Flexible Fleet team, you’ll get to build relationships with our carriers by rolling out successful terminals and implementing new standards that are repeatable and scalable across multiple locations. 

The ideal candidate for this role has recent hands-on experience with dispatch and dock loading in the LTL trucking industry. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delighting fleet partners with incredible customer service. Our team works in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, so great communication skills and a willingness to take risks and push boundaries are a must.

What you’ll get to do

• Research and become a knowledge expert in industry trends and information
• Iterate on the company knowledge base and FAQ
• Understand each target to ensure a smooth rollout and integrate new processes that don't interfere with their normal routines
• Effectively engage with vendors from initial contact to begin implementing pick up and delivery processes at a new customer location
• Listen intently and rely on facts to create a sound standard operating process at each customer's location
• Walk partners and drivers through the app and web experiences over the phone and onsite at partner locations
• Partner with our Operations and Product teams to give feedback on creating and delivering new solutions to meet the needs of customers
• Resolve escalated issues with our fleet partners

What success looks like in this role

• 4+ years of experience in the logistics or transportation space
• Prior management, dispatch, and dock experience required, preferably in the LTL trucking industry
• Must have a thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry, including basic paperwork flow
• Ability to work under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
• Enforce understanding and compliance with all Mothership policies and procedures; safety rules and regulations
• Thrive in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
