EVX Software is seeking a high energy and self-motivated Implementation Consultant to join the EVX Software team.  The Implementation Consultant will be a key member of the Customer Success team, responsible for planning & executing the configuration, set-up and training with new environmental consulting clients on our core business management platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensuring our clients are delighted with their onboarding experience and realize the full value of their software investment as quickly as possible
• Building comprehensive implementation plans in collaboration with new and existing customers
• Leading all implementation and configuration activities for clients
• Conducting user training and documenting components of training for future, offline use
• Documenting all client activities and providing progress updates to client and internal stakeholders
• Building scalable implementation processes with a focus on constant improvement and delivering a world-class customer experience
• Building deep client relationships
• Collaborating with key internal organizations including sales, support and engineering
• Assisting in selling as needed
• Acting as a subject matter expert on consulting, project management and service delivery in the environmental consulting and services industry
• Occasional travel (<15%)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business related field
• Experience leading enterprise level software implementation projects of a complex nature
• Experience in project management (as a discipline) and/or project management software
• Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate level of effort for tasks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter that is highly motivated by customer success and is willing to be hands on
• Exceptional customer relationship skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in bringing order to chaos

Other Skills We Value:

• Experience in consulting, especially technical (engineering, architecture, scientific, environmental, etc.)
• Foreign language skill (French, German or Spanish)
