Job Description

We’re looking for an M&A Technical Project Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology OPS/PMO. In this role, you’ll coordinate the technical diligence process, integration planning, and the execution of technical integration projects for acquisitions into Procore’s P&T organization. You’ll partner with all levels of stakeholders to ensure integration decisions are aligned and executed cross-functionally among teams, including product management, engineering, GTO, finance, IT systems, and corporate development. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, relevant, timely, and accurate information to enable key decisions and drive the successful completion of our M&A integration projects.

This position reports to the VP P&T Strategic Planning and can be based remotely from a US location in (PST) or our Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide coordination across our P&T organization for M&A planning and integration process, from initial due diligence to complete integration

  • Own and support other strategic projects outside the scope of M&A

  • Create consolidated project milestones, monitor inter-dependencies, mitigate project risks, and execute communication plans and status updates

  • Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to move forward key tasks and escalate significant roadblocks

  • Manage and monitor integration plans focusing on timeline, resources, cost, and quality with minimal disruption to the business

  • Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify potential planning gaps, communicate risk mitigations strategies, and drive action to complete open items

  • Build a strong working relationship with key stakeholders to drive success

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years previous project management experience at Tech company. Enterprise SaaS experience is desired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to routinely interact with an executive-level audience

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred

  • Prior experience with technical due diligence and/or technical integration for M&A is a plus

  • Hands-on, can-do attitude, results orientated, highly organized, and passionate about stakeholder success

  • Prior experience working in a multinational, high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic global technology-driven environment
