RetailMeNot is looking for a Manager of Account Services that has a track record of building successful teams in a transactional and relationship environment. You will also train and act as a lead for the Account Management team for career growth and partner concerns. You will report to the Director of Account Services and be a key contributor in the Account Services group. You will be responsible for staffing, training and supporting a team of Account Managers that supports the RetailMeNot field Account Directors. In depth knowledge of RetailMeNot products and services is required as you will develop the team responsible for all post sales data and reporting that supports RetailMeNot retail customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop management skills, product knowledge and an in depth understanding of RMN data and how we use it to show the value that RetailMeNot builds. To be successful, you will establish relationships cross functionally, develop sales skills and become an expert on the RetailMeNot value proposition all while embodying the RetailMeNot core values.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, advertising, liberal arts or communications from a four-year college or university
  • 3+ years experience in account management, sales, marketing or management
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize
  • Comfort presenting at the VP level and beyond
  • Self-motivated and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Affiliate Marketing and Management experience is a plus
  • Experience in online advertising, mobile, retail industry or marketing services
  • Ability to train and ensure teams are proficient in needed tools to support field teams and customers
  • Proven track record of personal and team success
  • Ability to develop goals for team members and hold them accountable for success

What You'll Do

  • Effectively lead RetailMeNot’s Account Management within assigned segment of business
  • Ensure Account Management team is fully trained on how to support both external and internal RetailMeNot customers
  • Be an authority on reporting, data and the value proposition for RetailMeNot products
  • Set goals and hold Account Managers accountable for knowing RetailMeNot data and products
  • Effectively lead account distribution and time management across your team
  • Act as a critical partner for internal and external issues that may arise
  • Achieve quarterly goals, including account acquisition targets
  • Monitor & report on effectiveness of team as needed
  • Meet regularly with team members to assess needs and career development
