About the Role:
The Manager role within the Global Alliances Operations team will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing CrowdStrike Cloud Partner ecosystem. This role will have an emphasis on building out operations to support our strategic routes to market for the cloud. This position requires an individual who can balance strategy with tactical execution and who thrives in an extremely dynamic, rapidly evolving, fast paced work environment, often working under tight deadlines with changing requirements. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader, capable of building and developing high performance teams in both hiring external and developing internal top talent.
Build out a team to manage the day-to-day cloud operations requests from Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams including Marketplace Private Offers
Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged
Identify opportunities to constantly improve and streamline processes, especially as the partnership model expands to other Cloud providers and products
Support ongoing RTM activities and roadmap, providing feedback and impact assessments
Understand, coordinate and align multiple cross functional teams such as engineering, product management, marketing, finance, etc. to meet our goals and deliver them effectively and efficiently across both CrowdStrike and our Partners
Drive Process design, implementation, and execution to support the evolving business
Identify areas of improvement through monitoring and analysis and restructure where needed to ensure we are not only supporting the current state of the business but also looking forward to expansion and growth opportunities
Provide analysis and summary on the success of the Cloud ecosystem and deliver key insights to executive stakeholders

5-8 years of Sales Operations experience and have held leadership positions
Experience with AWS Marketplace and ACE systems, GCP/Azure a plus
Experience building and supporting new routes to market for the Cloud
Demonstrated track record in partnering across functions and levels of management to drive success.
Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations. Perform well under pressure.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Expertise in business applications including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity
