The rundown:

You’ll be heading up our Happiness Team, solely focused on retaining customers. You’ll drive customer satisfaction through a high-touch Prime Account Management group focused on our largest customers, and oversee the cancellation request workflow for smaller subscription plans. Your team will proactively monitor customer health indicators to detect early signs of churn and develop generalized and bespoke save strategies to boost retention. You’ll work closely with teams across the company to help prioritize product features and fixes, and process updates as a customer advocate to help Volusion deliver the best possible customer experience.

You will:

  • Use data to identify a pathway for customer success
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Happiness Consultants and Prime Account Managers
  • Help our merchants find value in our product 
  • Provide engineering and product teams with insightful customer feedback 

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team 
  • Experience supporting an SMB product, preferably ecommerce
  • Past customer success, training or coaching experience with a SaaS product is a plus
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • An eye for detail with superior verbal and written communication- you’ll be interacting with senior leadership and sales as well as our customers. 
  • Ability to influence business stakeholders
  • Strong desire to automate repetitive work
