OutboundEngine is hiring an Office Assistant!

Our office is located approximately 10 minutes south of Downtown Austin at Four Barton Skyway (near South Mopac). 

Our Office Assistant position is more than keeping supplies stocked and maintaining the office. This position is the face of our company, and the first person you meet when you walk into the office! The Office Assistant should not only be able to crack a joke, but they should also be hard working, proactive, and the "go-to" person for anyone that has questions or needs help. They're a catalyst for culture by reminding everyone it’s okay to have a little fun in the workplace while celebrating company wins.

What you will do:

  • Managing reception - you will be the face of the office and integral in making both our employees and visitors feel at home.
  • Planning and attending company events including monthly lunches, holiday celebrations, team-building outings and more!
  • Running employee recognition programs for birthdays, anniversaries and Employee of the Month.
  • Supporting all departments’ administrative needs including the executive team with event scheduling, ordering meals and more.
  • Organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ordering and organizing office supplies.
  • Assisting the onboarding and training teams with assembling training materials and welcoming new hires.
  • Maintaining a functional office by submitting work orders, scheduling repairs and ordering replacement equipment as necessary.
  • Nurturing vendor relationships and ensuring a high level of service from these vendors.
  • Managing spend budgets for the People department and classifying expenses.

What you should have:

  • An exemplary work ethic and a positive “get it done” attitude
  • An impeccable attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite or Google Suite is preferred 
  • Front Desk or Customer Service is experience is a plus
