We’re looking for an Office Manager to join us as we grow one of the best startups to work for in Austin. As a member of the People team, you’ll play a large role in supporting our organization by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office environment and making sure that our employees have what they need to be successful.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a top-notch office environment for all employees and guests, with a people-first mindset
- Plan and coordinate company events, including meetings, onsites, retreats, and team engagement activities
- Manage the team meal and snack program, including kitchen restocking and catered lunches
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact for all office and building management needs
- Maintain inventory of office and employee supplies
- Work with our People Manager with new employee on-boarding, crafting office policies, and handling administrative HR duties
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed

As an individual contributor, you will be an integral part of our team as you develop and refine processes to ensure an organized and motivating work environment. As part of your role, you will work directly with our People Manager to grow your ownership and skills within the People team, including:
- HRIS, benefits, and payroll administration
- Employee engagement programs
- Recruiting and hiring practices
- Company culture initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and an appreciation for organization
- Ability to work and collaborate with a small, fast-paced team
- Love for the startup environment and building new things
- Interest in a career in the People field
Compensation
As a part of our commitment to transparency, we use a market-based formula that provides consistency across roles & experience levels and publish all of our compensation data internally for our team. The compensation for this role is:
- Salary: $60,000/year
