Runner Support Representative
Favor Runners are the lifeblood of our business, making sure our customers get the deliveries they need. Runners provide great customer service everyday and we want to provide them with the support they need to keep running everyday. We are also working to provide our Runner community with an easy and fun Favor expereince!
As part of our Runner Support team, you will work with both our Runners across multiple channels of communication. Our Runner Support team offers world-class support, empathy, and a sense of community to our Runners while they work to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and reply to Runner questions through email, sms, and voice
- Research both technical and non-technical issues to find a workaround or solution
- Document, reproduce, and escalate bugs to the Technical Support team
- Innovate and manage change in process and communication
- Advocate for improving the Runner expereince
- Work independently and on a team; you’re a self-starter that loves to collaborate
REQUIREMENTS
- Flexibility to work unconventional business hours, nights and weekends are a must
- Strong attention to detail, must be able to spot developing issues quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating via email and phone
- Comfortable doing repetitive and sometimes tedious tasks
- Able to handle stressful situations and properly prioritize work
- Self-starter with startup acumen, should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed set targets
- Innovative thinker - ability to look for opportunities to optimize the Support team’s process and operations
- Familiarity with Zendesk a plus
- Experience running Favors a plus
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
