Position Overview:
The Inventory Control Associate is a vital part of the supply-chain process. Reporting to the Inventory Control Lead, the Inventory Control Associate’s main priority is to ensure that the physical inventory always remains accurate. The Inventory Control Associate will participate in regular cycle counts and verify the success of inventory transfers. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, this may be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
Execute physical product transfers between channels
Perform daily cycle counts
Aiding in the efficiency of the fulfillment team by administering replenishments
Review and report on inventory adjustments, changes, and variances
Able to facilitate critical thinking while looking for product discrepancies
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
High School diploma
6+ months of inventory control experience, preferably within distribution
Goal-Oriented team player
Ability to Multi-task efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel preferred
Availability for variable hour shifts, weekend shifts and holiday shifts
Passionate about the Kendra Scott brand and core values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
Ability to read, write and speak basic English
Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs; stand/walk duration of shift
