The Senior Director of Account Management will manage a team of quota-bearing Sales Consultants responsible for driving entire sales cycles within their assigned Enterprise and SMB accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Leading by personally engaging in customer visits, sales calls, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage a highly energized, metrics-driven field sales team
- The primary focus of the Strategic Account Management (SAM) team is to retain current opportunities while going deeper and wider into all assigned accounts.
- Accurately forecasting revenue for all assigned accounts
- Working closely with the Sales Operations Director on design and delivery of sales processes and metrics
- Working closely with Support (Customer Success team) on continually improving customer satisfaction and NPS scores including identifying and helping resolve issues
- Maximizing sales resources for higher growth and close success rates
- Ensuring adequate opportunity development activities to achieve objectives
- Hire, train and mentor a world-class strategic account managers
- Implementing, coaching, and monitoring team on account management methodologies
- Ensuring Salesforce.com is properly utilized and maintained
- Design and deliver sales strategy, with daily, weekly and monthly goals, and identifying improvements needed in sales processes
- Establishes and maintains healthy relationships and open lines of communication with support, product teams, and other sales teams
- Maintain and improve a successful and positive culture that is evidenced by low attrition, high employee morale and exceptional individual and team performance.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Medical, Business, Marketing or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading sales teams in a hosting or SaaS environment
- A proven track record of identifying and closing sales that meets or exceeds team quota
- Proven track record of managing teams with world-class employee engagement
- Ability to travel to customers (approximately 25% to 50%)
- Understanding of the drivers for customer cloud adoption
- Previous work experience in an MRR sales model
- Superb business development and negotiation skills
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Team Player

- Experience working with HIPAA, GxP, GDPR and other health regulations
