KEY ROLES


  • Customer experience strategy. Develop and deploy Restore’s customer experience strategy, including identifying, prioritizing, planning and executing distinct projects along the experience roadmap to achieve the Restore Hero Experience
  • Customer segments and journeys. Develop customer segments and journeys that help drive customer outcomes and accelerate time to value of Restore’s offering
  • Experience design. Architect positive customer experiences that drive conversion to sale, retention and growth
  • Voice of Customer. Build a voice of customer program with qualitative and quantitative data sets to derive customer insights that inform the design and development of more personalized and valuable customer experiences
  • Collaborative execution. Collaborate and coordinate with the various roles associated with customer experience management throughout the company, minimizing silos of systems, data, assumptions, hand-offs, performance and customer touch-points
  • Strategic brand filter. Ensure all Restore experiences are grounded in the brand positioning, messaging, voice and visual style

QUALITIES


  • Able to work in Austin HQ (this is not a remote position)
  • 12+ years experience of relevant customer experience or user experience roles
  • 8+ years experience in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing customer experience teams
  • Demonstrable portfolio of high-impact customer experience initiatives
  • Success influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to get alignment on initiatives and execute work on time and budget
  • Experience pitching and communicating customer experience initiatives and their connection to the business to C-level executives
  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) a plus
  • Experience creating and managing a call center a plus
  • Experience with loyalty marketing a plus
