Sr. Manager - Program Manager

We are looking for a smart, passionate, and experienced Sr. Manager to help lead us through a software development life cycle transformation. This manager will partner with product management to define and build a new process that supports the accelerated growth and maturity of the product and engineering organization. Have you been through an SDLC transformation before? Do you have experience operating at scale within an organization of approximately 100 engineers? Rolling up your sleeves to help build something new
Collaborating with product management to understand roadmap and program management needs
Partnering with leaders to define what good looks like
Creating new rules of engagement around product deployment and organizational readiness
Educating cross-functional teams on new rules of engagement
Leading a current team of 4 program managers through the transformation
Ensuring alignment across leadership and stakeholders
Communicating and reporting on programs so that leadership can make good decisions
Providing data to assist leadership in the prioritization of the portfolio – balancing demands with capacity
The things you will need to be successful in this role:
Have been through a software development lifecycle transformation
Experience operating at scale within an organization of approximately 100 engineers
Advanced people management and leadership skills
Excellent team building and talent cultivation skills
World class interpersonal skills, highly collaborative while driving to mutual positive outcomes
Proficiency at distilling a clear message and delivering crisp communication both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization
Thrives in ambiguity and challenges the norms
A calm, diplomatic demeanor, and a cooperative nature even in stressful situations
