We are looking for temporary help during one of the most exciting times of the year for Living Security- Cybersecurity Awareness Month! We are looking for charismatic individuals to help host our virtual Cybersecurity Escape Room. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer services skills and a solid understanding of how to run a Zoom meeting. This is a GREAT opportunity for new grads looking to get their foot in the door at one the best places to work in Austin. While this position is expected to last about a month, this is a great opportunity to network with with some of the brightest cybersecurity experts in the field, and could eventually lead to a full-time position at one of the best companies to work for in Austin.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively manage 7-8 escape room Zoom meetings daily
- Guide clients through the game structure while using provided scripts
- Answer any questions that the clients may have during the call
- Must have a working knowledge of Zoom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills
- Customer service experience highly preferred
- Must be willing to work in the office 8:00-5:00 PM
