The Opportunity:

The partner content listing specialist is a member of the Partner Success team, which handles customer listing content, e-commerce, reviews, and inquiry feed projects. This position is responsible for Property Manager (PM) and Owner account research and vetting, project queue management, customer recommendations, team project assignments, troubleshooting, and other project-related activities. This individual is key to keeping projects flowing through the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen PMs and Owners: Research customers' accounts, using various reports and systems to provide detailed account status.
  • Make listing recommendations to PMs and Owners based on details such as location, revenue requirements, and competition.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Perform various account maintenance activities and assist Project Lead with tasks related to different stages of the enablement process.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve listing issues, as needed.
  • Handle customer and internal inquiries pertaining to team services.

Qualifications:

  • Very comfortable with complex and detailed tasks, observant, and thorough.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify complexities, and maintain ownership of issues.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks related to 7-10 new projects a day, various inquiries, and a queue of 25+ projects.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexible and comfortable with changes to procedure.
  • Ability to self-direct, as necessary, and make good judgements based on information available.
  • Familiar with or able/willing to quickly learn multiple internal systems.
  • Experience using Excel and Salesforce.com and experience with issue-tracking software (Jira, Rally, etc.) a plus.
  • 2+ years of project coordinator or technical support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
