About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Principal Customer Value Manager to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization within the Customer Value Management Office (CVMO). The CVMO is key to CrowdStrike's overall strategy of Delighting Our Customers. We partner with our Customers to deliver a guided path towards verified outcomes rooted in the priorities and goals defined by our Customers. This teammate will join the account team and drive coordinated business reviews for a dedicated Customers to not only ensure defined goals are being achieved, but also support the Account Team with planning for the next phase of growth and partnership.
This role would be dedicated to a single strategic account and is a fully remote position. We are currently seeking top talent in any major metro, preferably in the PST time zone.
What You'll Do:

  • Support Account Team with Account Retention, and ARR Retention & Growth.
  • Support Customer in driving towards outcomes as defined by Customer. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Customer's goals, objectives, and pain points to appropriately map CrowdStrike capabilities and outcomes to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer and Account Team to create and evolve customer value roadmap and support Customer's overall management of the Falcon Platform.
  • Communicate and promote transparency across ENTIRE account team (AE, SE, TAM, Specialist, Marketing) for better coordinated messaging to Customers.
  • Connect all Customer data sources and uplevel documented insights to share in Partnership Success Reviews (PSRs), including building custom views of data that demonstrate verified outcomes (i.e., value realized analyses, utilization of platform and modules, custom built dashboards, etc.).
  • Partner with entire Account Team to provide sales leadership secondary view of risk through completion of Heatmap of Risk Indicators.
  • Identify and deliver innovative ways of answering key Customer questions with aggregated data and scale best practices to global CVMO Team.
  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the Account Team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and support Field Sales in minimizing customer attrition.


What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in related functional role (e.g. consulting, finance, business development, strategy). Experience in enterprise sales and operations is a plus.
  • Ability to ingest and simplify multiple sources of information (from Customer, Account Team, independent research, Customer environment) to generate and articulate strategic, actionable insights to guide decision making for Customer's C-Suite leadership.
  • Proficiency in cash flow and ROI financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback).
  • Strong quantitative and modeling skill set with stellar verbal and written communication skills to adapt to multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of both scoping and managing large, complex projects and/or programs and guiding cross functional Team Members to deliver the scoped deliverables on time.
  • Proficient in handling difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate keen ability to problem solve in a collaborative fashion.
  • Proven track record of working within a matrix environment.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and professional presence, as the role is customer facing (ideally at the CIO,CFO,CISO level).
  • Comfort with ambiguity and natural aptitude for learning.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and track record of delivering custom built dashboards that answer strategic questions with data.
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude with high degree of intellectual curiosity.
  • Bonus points for cybersecurity industry experience or MBA.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
