As part of our Professional Services department, the Professional Services Specialist takes the lead role in managing custom solutions for our clients. The primary day-to-day tasks include building templates/documents, creating intake forms within our software, and integrating our software with their solutions.
Ideal candidates have a passion for customer satisfaction, an affinity for details and project management, and possess a strong record of independent action and excellent judgment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage pipeline of our professional services, which includes document automation, client intake forms, and custom solutions.
- Play a lead customer-facing role to foster customer relationships and ensure successful project completion.
- Work collaboratively with customers to obtain necessary materials, define project deliverables, set timelines, and resolve any issues.
- Be a liaison between 3rd party contractors to help build documents as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and our internal software to review/create templates and build custom intake forms for clients.
- Document and track project timelines within Salesforce/spreadsheets.
- Maintain high quality standards for all projects through quality assurance and testing.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other professional services that Affinipay offers (Websites, etc.).
- Communicate potential product enhancements to Senior Specialists and management.
- Other duties as requested.
About You:
- This position is based Austin, TX and requires 2-3 days in the AffiniPay office
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer relationship-building and account management skills
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, manage expectations, and critically problem-solve
- Ability to handle many concurrent projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
- Talent to match product features with customer goals and determine the best path to success for both customer and company
- Ability to present, communicate, and work effectively with other internal teams
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic team environment
- SaaS support experience and/or legal experience desire
- Proficiency in G-Suite cloud-based tools
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $57,000 annually. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
