Your Impact

The Ediscovery Implementation Consultant, internally known as Enterprise Programs Consultant, will be responsible for aiding DISCO’s clients in maximizing the power of DISCO in their company-wide roll out. This role l partners with the Sales team to create customized implementation packages for corporate or law firm clients who are adopting DISCO for their  enterprise  solution. You will develop detailed project plans and lead the implementation, working closely with various members of the Professional Services team, to ensure that program level objectives are met. Upon completion of a successful implementation, you will transition ownership of client deliverables to other members of the Services organization. Success in this role is enabling some of DISCO’s largest clients to realize the highest value of the DISCO environment and share that with their clients, colleagues and the legal industry as a whole.

What You'll Do 

  • Develop, lead, and refine DISCO’s consultative approach to firm or organization wide deployment of the DISCO technology.  This should be accomplished by creating a standardized and easily repeatable process which is efficiently offered to any new enterprise migrating to DISCO
  • Partner with the Sales team to support sales motion activities by leading scoping discussions, consulting with clients during the sales process regarding how DISCO’s technologies and services can be used to solve the enterprise’s problems and providing input on the packaging/pricing of enterprise implementation work
  • Guide scoping activities to determine the data volumes, timelines, key stakeholders, and success criteria in order to validate the application of the standard offering or to create customized implementation packages
  • Lead enterprise stakeholder meetings to understand client strategy, goals, and key requirements which will inform the implementation process; develop a customized the enterprise implementation program to meet client objectives
  • Create both internally and externally facing project plans detailing key milestones in the enterprise implementation process including process mapping and workflow development
  • Engage key stakeholders from internal teams to form complete, cross-functional, expert-led teams focused on enterprise implementation and program delivery including Forensics, Data Operations, Artificial Intelligence Consulting, Project Management, Client Success and Product 
  • Proactively manage the implementation process and provide feedback to these teams to ensure client’s objectives are met
  • Create standardized templates for Enterprise playbooks and other supporting materials to help enterprise clients quickly and efficiently realize the value of the DISCO environment 
  • Deliver customized enterprise program plans, outside counsel playbooks and toolkits, and training plans for each enterprise engagement per client request 
  • Manage, monitor and assess the status of all enterprise implementation plans
  • Act as escalation point for client concerns throughout the implementation process
  • Monitor key metrics and make recommendations about the resourcing required to scale the offering 
  • Conduct client feedback sessions post-implementation to gain insights about services rendered and focus on the continued refinement of these enterprise offerings 
  • Drive positive team environment, fostering collaboration and  employee engagement 
  • Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leadership to foster strong client relationships and drive growth of enterprise adoption through a variety of activities including active support during the sales cycle, thought leadership regarding serving enterprise customers, and the development of case studies highlighting key engagements

Who You Are 

  • 7+ years experience implementing new tools and change management for large company-wide programs with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Distinguished experience as a consultant or project manager focused on IT implementation at a law firm, legal technology company or legal department
  • Expert in ediscovery best practices around data preservation, collection, processing, review and production 
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present information to Executive/ C-level audiences 
  • Background leading projects with internal legal stakeholders as well as cross functional technical teams
  • Proven success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex, global company environment
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders
  • BA or BS required or equivalent experience

Even Better If You Have...

  • Graduate degree in technology, business, or law 
  • Experience managing key professional services performance metrics such as team utilization, revenue, and gross margin
  • Managing teams outside of the US or experience collaborating with leaders globally
  • Data processing, forensic collections, or other technical skills
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Experience working at a software company or start-up
  • Ability to motivate and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved
  • Willingness to multitask in a dynamic environment to help achieve  overall business growth
