Enablement Program Manager, Business Development
Job Description:
Build and impact business development excellence through the discipline of strong enablement strategy and drive skills development for the business development organization. The enablement strategy will include creation & implementation of enablement programs needed to drive highly effective prospecting and pipeline generation discipline, processes and tools to meet the Revenue goals.
Who you are:
- You should be excellent in understanding pipeline generation tactics
- You should be great at building prospecting programs and messaging for the BDRs
- You should be able to programmatically drive pipeline generation activities by providing the enablement content
- You should be a great conversation maker, communicator, presenter and listener
- You should be confident in dealing with senior sales and marketing leadership to drive your programs
What you'll own:
- Overall enablement strategy for Business Development organization developed in close collaboration with BDR leadership
- Build bootcamps and all ramp specific activities for Business Development and show impact through clear metrics, certifications and leader coaching
- Develop a strong curriculum for the new hires across key areas relevant to the BDR organization including tools, processes, product messaging and prospecting
- Engage with BDR leadership on a consistent basis to understand gaps and opportunities to improve
skills and implement programs, workshops for a global or a regional roll out
- Scale out best practices related to prospecting techniques, expansion of buyers being engaged and value based conversations
- Master Pluralsight's value selling and value messaging methodologies and approaches and implement programs to drive adoption across the business development organization
- Develop programs to build teaming skills between account teams and business development in form of successful joint strategies
Experience you'll need:
- Has been in a similar enablement role for more than 2 years
- Has been in a business development or sales role for 2+ years with a clear understanding of pipeline development processes
- Possesses knowledge of technology domains such as Cloud, Devops, Security, Data by having sold or developed business in these domains.
- Has the experience of prospecting and pipeline creation processes
