Role Summary:

As CrowdStreet is growing, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Marketplace Operations team and help grow our Marketplace. You will work directly with our Project Managers to work on tasks required to onboard new customers and launch their commercial real estate offerings on our Marketplace. You will report directly to the Manager of Project Coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers to on-board new customers
• Assist Project Managers with all deliverables
• Work with all customers to launch new offerings, including tasks such as:
• Prepare investor-facing content
• Set up complex DocuSign templates
• Prepare marketing emails and other materials
• Build web pages in HTML
• Ensure data quality within our application
• Oversee technical setup of our product and Marketplace offerings
• Work with customers to configure and troubleshoot the CrowdStreet product
• Seek ways to improve the customer and offering implementation experience
• Recommend methods to refine our processes
• Participate in internal operational projects for our organization

The Experiences That Will Help You Succeed:

• 1+ years of experience working as a project coordinator, operations specialist, webpage developer, quality assurance, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree (additional years of technical implementation experience considered in lieu of a degree)
• Mentality that can balance the desire for quality and the need to get projects finished
• Process-oriented with an ability to both follow and refine processes
• Work on several projects simultaneously
• Work under strict timelines
• Experience with HTML
• Experience in FinTech or CRE
• Experience with project management tools (i.e. Asana)
