About You:

Smart, kind, and focused, you’re a taskmaster that loves working with people. You’re diligent and thorough and can break down technical concepts with ease. As a coordinator, you’ll handle customer listing content, e-commerce, reviews, and coach partners on best practices. You’ll hold responsibility for account research and vetting, customer recommendations, troubleshooting, and other partner services activities. You are key to keeping partners happy and high performing.

What You’ll Do Each Day:

  • Screen Partners: Research customers' accounts, using various reports and systems to provide detailed account status.
  • Make listing recommendations to PMs and Owners based on details such as location, revenue requirements, and competition.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Perform various account maintenance activities and assist with tasks related to different stages of the enablement process.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve listing issues, as needed.
  • Handle customer and internal inquiries pertaining to team services.

What Makes You a Phenomenal Fit:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Readiness to dig into complex and detailed tasks; observant, and thorough.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify complexities, and maintain ownership of issues.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks across various partner campaigns
  • Flexible and comfortable with changes to procedure.
  • Ability to self-direct, as necessary, and make good judgements based on information available.
  • Familiar with or able/willing to quickly learn multiple internal systems.
  • Experience using Excel and Salesforce.com and experience with issue-tracking software (Jira, Rally, etc.) a plus.
  • 2+years of project coordinator or technical support experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
