About you

Primary areas of responsibility

• You will provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects across internal and client teams, with a focus on delivery and company metrics
• You will define and standardize project objectives, project scope, estimate, timeline, and level of effort
• You will develop project strategies and plans, and identify the methods and tools required for the project
• You will manage a team of project managers and work cross-functionally across departments at Postclick
• You will contribute to the evolution of the project management discipline; defining, documenting, and implementing processes and iterating as needed
• You will implement and own automation workflows that improve the business processes
• You will oversee project detail as well as provide high level, programmatic oversight
• You will evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
• You will help lead brainstorming strategy sessions to develop processes and workflows to align with client goals

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• SCRUM / Agile / PMP certification preferred
• 6+ Years of project management experience preferred
• Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up
• Advanced experience working with Jira or similar project management or process automation tools
• Prior experience building out a PMO
• Ability to implement proven project management methodologies
• Have successfully strategized and built workflows with accountability measurement across an organization
• Client-facing digital project management experience, using agile methodologies preferred.
• Agency/consultancy experience preferred
• Experience managing projects that include discovery, strategy, user experience, creative design, front-end development, website development, QA, deployments, and maintenance preferred.
