Job Description

We’re looking for Sr. Project Manager, Global Talent to join Procore’s Global Talent Organization. As a Global Talent Sr. Project Manager, you will partner closely with members within our Global Talent team, internal communications, IT, and other business stakeholders on implementing and capitalizing on scalable Global Talent programs and processes. As well as modeling our core company values and contributing to a culture of inclusion and belonging.

This position reports to the Sr Director of Global Talent Operations and can be based remotely in the US or our Carpinteria or Austin locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive and manage several program initiatives and projects; define project plans; manage stakeholders, scope, schedules, dependencies, key performance indicators, and expectations for rapid growth and scalability across Global Talent 

  • Create consumable project plans and reports

  • Communicate and escalate timeline changes and risks/issues to all relevant stakeholders

  • Conduct project health checks, remove roadblocks, and communicate changes that affect scope, quality, or timelines

  • Manage deliverables from multiple departments and external vendors

  • Identify, design, and execute on improvement ideas to scale and improve existing programs, processes, and policies

  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with stakeholders on commitments and deliverables. 

  • Leverage internal and external communications tools to effectively promote programs to our employees and candidates alike

  • Liaison with Global Talent Operations on technology stack and process improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • 4-year college degree and PMP or equivalent certification required or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of project and process implementation, managing all sizes of projects in a balanced or strong matrix organization

  • Experience managing projects in multiple project methodologies including Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and hybrids

  • Ability to gather and analyze data to inform decisions, creating and disseminating high-quality reports to stakeholders

  • Possess the ability to think holistically while also being able to dive into the details to tackle problems and opportunities

  • Experience with project management software tools like Smartsheet to create dashboards and track project timelines

  • Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders well informed of projects

  • Ability to foresee and plan ahead, proposing creative solutions to problems

  • Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions; seeks advice when unsure

  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate others to further company objectives

  • The ability to establish and promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging in multiple aspects of our employee experience journey

  • Strong functional HR knowledge and experience working in a global team environment

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
