What we’re looking for?
Off the back of substantial growth in the North American market and a recent round of funding, we’re currently seeking an account executive, with experience in SaaS selling, who has a passion for technology. Bring your big personality. We’ll help you become the best version of yourself and we’ll send you around the world while you’re at it!
What would a normal week look like in this role?
Set your own schedule - creative prospecting, demo’s, closing… we don’t believe in unnecessary internal meetings, so your weeks will be fluid to your style
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals
You will deliver amazing product demos that WOW, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to help make onboarding about people rather than process
You’ll be the voice of the customer to the product team, ensuring that our product is enhanced for our customers in a timely fashion
Your experience will be used to help scale processes, including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and more
You will have a large, yet defined territory that you will work to drive revenue and market share in
You’ll work closely with the team to develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
You will be creating & articulating compelling value propositions around Enboarder
You will work with the team to develop case studies from our amazing customers
What will you bring to the table?
SaaS sales experience with a proven record of success and overperformance
An optimistic outlook is a must have
The ability to deal with ambiguity – you will never have a dull day!
You’re a great people person, and can understand pain points that clients are facing and diagnose personalized solutions (solution selling)
Start up experience, or experience with a company that thinks out of the box - lateral thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves is a must
Track record of working with HR and/or a strong HR network, a big plus
Ability to have business conversations in Spanish is a bonus

About Enboarder:
We are a niche HR tech start-up. Born out of Sydney, Australia, we have enjoyed steady global growth since 2015. We are now 140 customers, with staff in Sydney, London and the USA (remote, soon to be Austin HQ'ed).
As we grow quickly into 2019, we will develop a hub in Austin as our US center to support our customers that already include big global brands, such as EA Games, McDonalds, Eventbrite and Match.com. We have great relationships with our customers, making work fun, and as such, maintain the highest of NPS scores for our industry.
