Client Success Manager
We are searching for a talented Customer Success Manager to increase recurring revenue growth rate by increasing customer use of ZelloWork and referrals, reduce cancelled accounts and measure overall customer satisfaction and understand the main drivers.
Position Overview:
- Grow customers with broader use and and premium features
- Track customer use and engage with accounts to avoid cancellation
- Manage customer communication including product updates
- Implement a Net Promoter Score process to track customer satisfaction
- Manage deployment with software partners
- Lead and mentor Customer Success Associates
- Travel 20% to meet customers and represent the company
Required Experience:
- 3-7 years experience delivering Customer Success within a saas product environment
- Outstanding communication on the phone or in person
- Organized and a good project manager who pays attention to details
- Results-orientation, able to define and achieve goals
- Product competence, especially mobile or communications
- Ability to see patterns and create systematic improvements
- Extroverted, enthusiastic and happy while helping others
- A record of developing people and strong people management
- Bachelor's degree from a challenging program
- 1 year working at a startup- REQUIRED
