Client Success Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to articulate the technological aspects and value propositions of our banking software solutions, as well as train the end users at the financial institutions. This team will cover BSA/AML material and will maintain strong relationships with clients and provide the final component of a successful software implementation by ensuring end users know to use the products they have purchased effectively and efficiently. Trainings may be conducted virtually, in-person, or a combination of both, depending on the product mix and client needs.
Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager from Business Reviews and execute on plan of action to make client whole
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and trainings via Teams or face-to-face meetings with clients
- Maintain subject-matter expertise in BSA/AML in order to build credibility with and better serve our clients
- Communicate to clients how software usage supports their overall business needs
- Contribute to and maintain various training materials that assist with the overall effectives of the team
- Complete all follow-up activities associated with each training session
Requirements – What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience training SaaS products or 5 years of bank BSA/AML experience
- Willingness to travel domestically 30-40% of the time
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing
- Demonstrated customer service mentality
- A self-starter with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
