Adia is a marketplace for temporary staffing.

We find, screen, onboard workers that look for temporary jobs.

We hire them as W2 (we are the employer of every single worker)

We give them the possibility to pick up shifts at our clients' locations.

Our product is free to use, client pays us a % fee on the gross salary only once the work is completed.

Our target clients are in Hospitality, Retail, Warehouse and call centers.

 

We are ready to scale in the USA market and we need a strong sales leader to do that!

 

What you MUST have:

  • Grit, Ambition, Resilience
  • Hard working attitude ( working 70+ h in a week is not uncommon)
  • Sales experience selling SaaS or Services (3y to 5y)
  • Sales management experience (Inside sales preferable: 2y to 3y)
     

What you MUST NOT HAVE / NOT DO 

  • Bring excuses on why you can’t reach your targets
  • Expecting to have things ready for you (from processes to sales pitch)
