Inside Sales Manager, Existing Accounts

About the role:
This high visibility, high-impact Austin-based Sales Management position will build upon and enhance existing inside sales team performance. This position manages a team of Existing Account Executives responsible for selling Blackbaud's Internet, Fundraising and Financial software solutions into established non-profit client accounts. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for meeting key sales and market strategy objectives. They serve as a key driver for setting/surpassing predefined bookings objectives and working with key personnel in products, marketing and support to create market strategies and effective positioning presentations within an overall sales process.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing increased value to existing Blackbaud clients by providing pathway to NXT as well as new unit internet acquisition.
Hiring, training and inspiring inside sales team to over-achieve high value metrics and territory goals.
Ensuring that key customer relationships are acknowledged, managed and leveraged.
Working with the management team to set accurate sales reporting and forecasts.
Participating in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targets.
Revealing obstacles to account executive's growth and developing strategies to overcome these obstacles.
Understanding our competitors and their offerings and sharing information through the proper channels.
What we’ll want you to have:
Minimum of two years of inside sales management experience within a high tech vendor preferred. Candidates with comparable sales experience will also be considered.
Experience writing sales plans and tracking activity of sales teams.
Proven track record of consistent mentoring and coaching resulting in over-achievement of quotas.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated working knowledge of sales force automation technologies and experience in applying these technologies in sales process solutions.
A positive attitude and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced, changing environment.
High energy and enthusiasm required to maintain long term business relationships.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
