What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a growing team of inside sales account executives through training and mentoring
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by excelling at key critical success factors including: outbound calls, opportunity identification and pipeline maturation
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline funnel targets and new account acquisition targets
  • Build and maintain an upbeat positive culture that inspires a sense of urgency, constant innovation & learning and a strong sense of individual and team accountability
  • Achieve sales goals by building and optimizing programs designed for sales execution
  • Collaborate with Marketing functions on key initiatives including demand generation programs and customer acquisition strategies
  • Create sales plays, write call scripts, coach reps and conduct sales trainings
  • Establish and cultivate strong internal and customer focused relationships
  • Detailed knowledge of specified systems, metrics, and customer segmentation that supports growth in an inside sales model
  • Outstanding ability to forecast, set goals & objectives and monitor sales activity
  • Direct Salesforce.com reporting experience on a daily/weekly basis

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 7 years technology sales experience
  • Prior Inside Sales experience
  • Prior management experience
  • Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex geography or vertical market
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Outgoing, creative, self-starter, team player

Bonus Points:

  • Prior tech start-up experience

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
