SpyCloud is recruiting for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer focused sales environment.
What You’ll Do
As an inside sales rep at SpyCloud, you sell SpyCloud’s Account takeover solutions to accounts in your assigned territory. You are skilled at making outbound calls to develop leads and generate interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. You are equally comfortable working with resellers and channel partners. You are customer-focused, and build strong internal relationships and external partnerships. You can identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Own SMB renewals
- SMB Sales support in conjunction with channel
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Clearly articulate key value propositions in the context of customer requirements
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience with 3+ years proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription based products to a diverse enterprise customer base
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Successful selling experience with cybersecurity, cyber intelligence or threat intelligence solutions
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (preferred)
- Excellent, positive communications skills and relationship building
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team-player
