The Key Account team is responsible for partnering with, educating, retaining, and of course growing our Key Accounts. This group takes a consultative approach to the customer relationship, proactively identifying and solving pain points that provide additional value for our customers, while driving increased revenue for EZ Texting.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

• Retain customers through active relationship building, and consistently providing value through our suite of product offerings

• Interact with all levels of a customer’s organization, ranging from IT Manager to C-Level executives

• Act as the first line of communication between Key customers and EZ Texting

• Play an integral part in generating new Key Account revenue

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Strong technical proficiency

• Minimum 3-5 years account management experience is essential

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills

• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly

• Familiarity with IVR and VoIP telephony systems is a plus

• Mobile Marketing experience is a plus
