Key Accounts Executive
The Key Account team is responsible for partnering with, educating, retaining, and of course growing our Key Accounts. This group takes a consultative approach to the customer relationship, proactively identifying and solving pain points that provide additional value for our customers, while driving increased revenue for EZ Texting.
Your Responsibilities
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Retain customers through active relationship building, and consistently providing value through our suite of product offerings
Interact with all levels of a customer’s organization, ranging from IT Manager to C-Level executives
Act as the first line of communication between Key customers and EZ Texting
Play an integral part in generating new Key Account revenue
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong technical proficiency
Minimum 3-5 years account management experience is essential
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
Familiarity with IVR and VoIP telephony systems is a plus
Mobile Marketing experience is a plus
