REX is seeking a dynamic Sales leader to join our Customer Success Department. The Sales Manager will lead our rapidly growing team of high caliber, highly-motivated Inside Sales Representatives and will also play a key role in creating and strengthening cross-departmental partnerships with our Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Sales Operations departments. 

This position will play a critical role in the development and growth of REX as it will be leading the front line efforts of REX’s inside sales strategy as well as providing leadership, motivation and drive to a team that is leading the first consultative conversations with our customers. We have ambitious goals here and are seeking a leader who is primed and motivated to help us reach those goals. 

This opportunity is located in Austin, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and drive our inside sales team to provide a world class customer experience, while crushing daily, weekly and monthly sales targets in adherence to REX company values and standards
  • Provide guidance, coaching and development to performance manage direct reports, maintaining REX’s high standards for excellence
  • Provide weekly focus training to build and increase real estate knowledge, sales tactics and best practices
  • Partner with department leaders to align all strategies, plans and goals to company initiatives and success
  • Review and organize the sales teams communications to provide, best practice communication cadences to increase individual and team performance
  • Leverage and implement, processes and efficiencies to optimize CRM critical to downline communication
  • Provide insight and leadership to build, scale and implement processes that support adherence to company growth and strategic initiatives
  • Respond to and convert inbound leads, which include phone calls and written inquiries (e.g. chat, email).
  • Maintain compliance across the team for all legal and compliance standards

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of proven sales management success leading high caliber teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-facing environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of success in developing and leading consultative sales teams and individual salespeople to maximize their potential and exceed targets and goals
  • Deep experience in building, developing and scaling teams from the ground up
  • Extensive experience using data to drive strategy and decision making
  • A high degree of professionalism with the ability to remain calm and rational in times of confusion, rapid change or pressure
  • Experience implementing successful sales strategies and processes leading to trackable efficiencies and increased productivity
  • Previous experience with Salesforce (or another similar CRM) and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in productivity and web-based tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google hangouts, Google docs/sheets
  • Real Estate experience preferred but not required
