An Insider's view of Kazoo

What makes someone successful on your team?

Communication is incredibly important in a distributed engineering organization. We rely heavily on collaborative practices like code review and paired-programming to get our work done.

Fearlessly diving into the arena "unknown unknowns" can be intimidating, but is required for some of the more difficult software problems a team is solving.
