Sales Operations Manager
Spredfast + Lithium is looking fora stellar Sales Operations Manager to help lead our SalesOperations team!
What you'll be doing:
• Define quarterly objectives anddrive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation.
• Build and help to standardizebusiness reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
• Provide recommendations and takeactions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
• Enhancesales productivityby enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluatingnew tools.
• Create and maintaindocumentation onsales processes, policies, andrelevant sales training materials and assist with onboardingnewsales talent.
• Work with Finance, HR,andsales management to developsales incentive programs andcompensation planning in order to increasesales productivity.
• Identify andeliminatesales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
• Own the end-to-end process oftracking thesales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regularinsights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnelperformance forsales management.
• Assist withSalesforceadministration and project prioritization.
• Produce and review actionableand accuratesales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers,andsales leaders.
• Partner withsales reps andmarketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaignperformances with reporting and dashboards.
• Refine customer segmentation,assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal andupsell processes.
• Supportsales spiffprograms by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participantsto drive success.
Skills
• Demonstrated success inasales ops, business ops, or similar role.
• Ability to understand high-levelsales strategies,translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local executionand business impact.
• Analytical and demonstratedability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
• ProvenSalesforce subject matterexpert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training newhires, managing dashboards, and more.
•Ability to manage multiplepriorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project managementskills in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record in driving changeand removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionallywith Marketing, Finance and IT.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, including presenting to C-level executives
• Agile, self-starter who can workindependently and collaboratively.
• Experience with visual analysisapplications andsales intelligence software
• Advanced Excel skills with astrong understanding ofSalesforce, other CRM applications and email marketingstrategies.
Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technicalor business-related field.
• 5+ years of experienceinsales operations and/or business systems preferably in asoftware/technology
• Experience managingasales operations team.
