With a rapidly growing sales team and scaling marketing efforts, sales operations is critical to Gembah, and this role is instrumental in evolving our capabilities to the next level. We receive a large number of inbound leads from a growing number of different channels, and we are ramping up our outbound efforts. It is imperative that we optimize the way our sales team approach and nurture these leads to maximize productivity and customer experience.

Success For You In This Role Looks Like
- Insight and Analytics - Support leadership in the understanding of pipeline, forecasts, and other KPIs by generating insights and support decision making. Connect revenue and activity data across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success for better visibility and increased predictability. Leverage our technology stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach) to measure and analyze the entire funnel and make decisions to achieve joint goals.
- Process Improvement - Leverage insights and analytics of operational metrics to determine process improvements that will increase conversion rates and team productivity. Implement, improve and standardize key processes to ensure consistent and reliable journey from prospect to successful customers
- Organizational Alignment - Align all revenue-driving teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) throughout the entire funnel around a single view of the prospect / customer.
- Technology Stack Management - Enable Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to focus on their goals by taking on operational and technical overhead. Oversee and manage the data, structure and workflows and provide hands-on coaching/training on using our tech stack. Identify requirements, evaluate providers, and implement key technologies to increase the impact of the team.
- Team Collaboration - Present strategy, key insights, financial/non-financial achievements, quarterly progress updates etc to partners in a compelling manner. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Company to build a world class sales organization
What we are looking for
- You have 3+ years of Sales Ops experience ideally in a fast-growing technology company, with hands-on experience with managing a SFDC implementation across multiple functional areas.
- Experience in leading or coaching sales teams to meet and exceed operational performance goals. This role will require significant cross-functional alignment, which places a premium on the ability to listen, interpret and persuade.
- You are analytically driven, with the ability to problem solve using data, and develop solutions with a clear-eyed and impartial focus on efficiency.
- You have demonstrated experience with interpreting data analytics to derive insight and drive process improvements
- You are able to effectively synthesize and present your insights to influence decisions. You are passionate about the customer and delivering focused measurable improvements
- Experience dealing with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Annual Salary + Bonus
