SailPoint is seeking a collaborative Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team! As a Salesforce Administrator, you are a go-to subject matter expert when it comes to CRM and integrated platforms. You will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of SailPoint’s Salesforce ecosystem to meet our dynamic business needs. You look forward to the challenge of supporting numerous stakeholders, juggling projects simultaneously, and owning deliverables end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. Whether it’s automating a process, tackling technical debt, or troubleshooting an error you help us drive solutions forward with a commitment to amazing end user experiences.  

Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as a primary point of administrative support for RevOps stakeholders by proactively managing Salesforce change requests and troubleshooting issues
  • Capture and translate business requirements into efficient Salesforce technical solutions with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement
  • Create and customize objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, flow, etc. to address strategic initiatives
  • Maintain, dedupe, and optimize key records across Salesforce to reduce redundancy, enhance data integrity, and eliminate technical debt
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards as needed
  • Provide concise documentation on application configuration, process changes, and end user training as solutions are developed and implemented
  • Support internal stakeholders during all phases of Salesforce development from planning to delivery to bug resolution while maintaining clear communication
  • Assist with the review and testing of Salesforce releases between our Sandbox environments and Production environment

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201) or Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM211) Certified
  • Sales Cloud Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com functionality, best practices, and limitations
  • Effective planning, organizing and time management skills; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments
  • You prefer working in Slack versus email
