Salesforce Administrator

These teams consist of new business sales account executives, post-sales professionals, sales enablement, and sales operations that ensure our customers are set up for success through the entire customer journey.
RigUp is hiring an experienced, problem solving, and detail-focused Salesforce Administrator who has supported high growth organizations. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be working in our Sales Operations team with a team of administrators who are responsible for everything from system administration & build across multiple business units.
What you'll do:
- Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce.com using declarative tools
- This includes custom fields and objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, process builder, flows, reports, and bulk data load utilities (e.g. Data Loader)
- Analyze business performance and manage stakeholder requirements primarily related to the Salesforce environment
- Be a key player in supporting Pardot, working with the marketing team to ensure correct Salesforce campaign setup, data flows
- Advise the organization when necessary on how to best utilize the data within Salesforce and reporting warehouse
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Partner directly with business units to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization and successful project delivery
- Look at the SFDC ecosystem strategically and advise stakeholders on ways to improve their processes
- Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, perform maintenance, manage reporting, and assist with integrations
What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role
- 4+ years of experience building Flows and Processes
- Demonstrated ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Self-starter, capable of working through problems quickly
- An unwavering attention to detail, the ability to deliver a timely and accurate product, and the aptitude to strike a balance between the two
- Lightning platform, Pardot and Zendesk experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
