Senior Account Director, Food & Dining
RetailMeNot is looking for a Senior Account Director who will be responsible for managing current and acquiring new agency partnerships and direct Food & Dining relationships. This role spans both client direct and advertising agencies.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience required in online media sales or business development and deep experience with digital advertisers and the Food & Dining vertical
- Consistent record developing and selling in digital marketing/advertising solutions to ad agencies and direct Food & Dining clients
- Strong knowledge of and experience in driving in-store sales
- Develop and execute business development plans that will achieve revenue and traffic targets through new advertising relationships
- You have a confirmed and proven track record of building a strong sales pipeline
- Exceptional ability to develop and deliver client ready presentations
- Self-motivated and enjoys working in a dynamic and results driven environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use market knowledge and partner feedback to improve product and service offerings
- Polished, engaging and persuasive communicator
- Structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with mobile platforms and programmatic preferred
- Expertise logging data in Salesforce.com
- 50-60% travel required
What You'll Do
- Build deep long-term relationships with digital agencies, their retail and brand clients, as well as Food & Dining clients
- Strengthen RetailMeNot’s digital agency and client direct proposition across the Food & Dining vertical
- Manage complete sales cycle process from identifying to closing new agency partnerships and Food & Dining clients
- Represent the RetailMeNot brand and products to C and S-level executives
- Achieve quarterly revenue and new account addition targets
- Partner internally with RetailMeNot’s product team on go to market strategy
