Pushnami is a fast-growing internet technology provider with a focus on browser-based notifications (commonly referred to as “Push Notifications”), automated Facebook Messaging, and more. We offer a cutting-edge, cloud-based software platform that can be easily integrated by any website to increase performance and conversions. All of the messaging is powered by our AI Machine Learning system called “Pushnomics”.  Pushnami was founded in Q1 of 2017 and reached profitability after only 3 months in business. The company surpassed over 27,000,000,000 notifications sent on behalf of its clients in 2018, well ahead of its moonshot target of 10 Billion notifications for the year. Our current 2019 goals include passing 1 Billion notifications in a single day, becoming a leader in the eCommerce and News verticals, EU expansion, and bringing on additional fortune 1000 clients. 

The company now requires a Vice President of Business Development to lead our growing sales team.  Pushnami seeks to hire someone that is smart, organized, experienced, and driven towards success. Candidates should have in-depth and first-hand experience prospecting and closing high value clients with a “lead from the front” mentality.  This includes training and managing an entire sales team in a structure that can easily be replicated and expanded.  The VP will be a forward face of the company and expected to contribute to rapid growth in both clients and revenue.


Requirements:
-The company and job require you to be at our Austin, Texas based office (because our growth, we would like a start date by approx Jan 2nd, 2018 if possible). 
-5+ Years of Management Experience with Sales and/or Business Development
-Extensive Track Record Driving Revenue at a High Level
-Exceptional Leadership Skills to Motivate Team Members
-Experience In Building/Maintaining a CRM or Similar Sales Process
-Knowledge of Online/Software Marketing
-Highly Organized and Detailed Oriented
-Experience with Hiring Highly Effective Team Members
-B.A. Degree in a Relevant Field and MBA or Other Master’s Degree, or Relevant Work Experience
-High Energy Level with a Positive Attitude in the Work Environment
-Able to work in a start-up environment (we have less than 20 employees currently in Austin, and 30 total employees worldwide, but have hired 4 more in the last month)
