THE DAY TO DAY
- Develop strategy for overall management and leader-level curriculum, from new manager orientation through to leadership development programs
- Design, develop and deliver relevant, high-impact, interactive learning solutions that support the development of our managers and maximizes learner participation, comprehension, and application
- Manage all aspects of management development programs including overseeing all communication, logistics, pre- and post-work
- Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to extended facilitators as appropriate
- Monitor and evaluate management and leadership training and continuously improve content over time to ensure optimal learning outcomes and increased performance
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors, through consistent communications and responsiveness
- Research, screen and organize potential outside vendors as needed
- Support company-wide manager/leader development communication efforts
YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, with a preferred focus on Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a learning and development environment within a corporate setting coordinating and facilitating management/leadership development programs
- Prior people management experience
- Knowledge of the concepts and principles of adult learning and the ability to apply these concepts and practices to training design
- Experience in developing management and leadership solutions, including curriculum and learning paths
- Proficient in curriculum design, ability to design and build programs from strategy to final product
- Ability to effectively facilitate complex training and meetings with senior leaders
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and the proven capability of communicating in both large and small group setting
- Team-oriented, collaborative and strong interpersonal relationship skills at all levels
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple, detailed tasks
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite and Google Applications
- Strong desire and flexibility to be a part of a high growth company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a fast-paced, result-oriented culture
- Business acumen in a high-tech environment is a plus
