Lead company-wide AI operating model and governance to industrialize AI across workflows, infrastructure, and measurement. Coordinate AI Steering Committee and departmental AI Ops leaders, define compliance-aligned governance (EU AI Act), drive AI tooling convergence, measurement of operating leverage, and partner with HR for enablement and capability building to scale AI-driven revenue and efficiency.
