The Senior Value Consultant develops ROI analyses, business cases, growth frameworks, and executive-facing insights throughout the customer contract lifecycle. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies, create thought-leadership content, and scale internal enablement through AI-powered solutions. Success requires translating complex data and research into compelling customer stories and independently managing cross-functional deliverables.

Owns end-to-end customer implementation engagements, combining project delivery with technical architecture and integration work. Designs SDK and API solutions, manages scope and timelines, resolves technical and project risks, and aligns customer stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams. Translates requirements into technical plans, drives adoption and success metrics, documents integrations, delivers enablement workshops, and improves delivery processes. The role requires strong communication, project management, customer-facing consulting, and hands-on technical expertise.
